1962 -	Established as a retail company in the field of diamonds, precious stones and gold products
1972 -	Launch of import and export of rubber textile conveyor belts
1991 -	Start of production of rubber parts and profiles in Saarbrücken

1997 -	Sale oft he products manufactured by sister company FBB Förderband GmbH
2000 -	Merger with the sister companies under the ownership of Schommer AG
Currently -	there are about 20 employees at various locations in Saarland
